Description of Work: I had a non-urgent leak in a Cartridge Circulator at a time when most HVAC techs are swamped with urgent issues. Owner, Todd Chestnut, while booked solid with crises, took the time to diagnose the problem by phone and text.....suggest an interim DIY solution which alleviated but didn't eliminate the problem...suggested I text photos and further determined that I shouldn't use plumber's epoxy as it appeared that the O-ring had failed....and we agreed that next week would be fine for a permanent solution.
