We kicked off the work in March, and were told it would take 4 days. Fast-forward four MONTHS, and our fireplace is still unfinished. She has constantly been hours late or a complete no-show on days when work was supposed to occur. Sometimes, she wouldn't answer calls or texts for days. Eventually, when she would respond, she would have a bunch of excuses. We are understanding people, but this happened at least a dozen times, if not more. We were completely taken advantage of, and we made the mistake of paying her upfront. She is now refusing to complete the job, and has the audacity to say we owe HER more money because she originally misquoted us? Do not waste your time working with this woman. It has been so stressful and upsetting, and we still have an unfinished fireplace in the middle of our living room.

She showed up to do our estimate, was very thorough, quoted a higher price than some other contractors but it was well worth it. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends, you get what you pay for so pay them well.
