 + 1 moreWysock initially showed up to do the work on the date promised however the siding materials he used for the repairs was sub-par and cheap, he used the wrong type of screws and he did not counter-sink them. The painters complained that many areas had not been caulked. The hydraulic door closer was not screwed in appropriately and it fell off within the next few days. Wysock failed to reattached the loose gutter that was part of their bid. When I called to request that they come back to finish the work, they indicated they would do so over the next few days; however, they didn't show up. Wysock did work for three other homeowners in our neighborhood and we learned that our neighbors were also dissatisfied with the quality of workmanship Wysock provided. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a handyman or for home repairs.
Description of Work: We hired Wysock Development to do some minor repairs we need to have done prior to having our house painted in October 2017. The repairs included removing and replacing some damaged siding, fixing some water-rotted wood trim, reattaching a loose gutter and replacing the hydraulic door closing mechanism on our back door.
