SPRINKLER MAN

This company was recommended to me by a colleague and I had them out after a bad experience with WD Yards.  I was extremely pleased with the service experience, the level of knowledge of the service person, Derek, and how thoroughly he did the work.   He was able to get the system working without replacing parts and in fact did his best to keep my costs down.  I would use this company again and would recommend them.

We needed main irrigation ballvalve replaced as well as individual sprinkler valves replaced because of leakage. The individial sprinklers needed adjusting by extensions.  Main irrigation ballvalve was replaced. An Individial sprinkler valve was replaced however it was not the one leaking. They had flagged the sprinklers that needed replaced or extended however nothing else done. On the bill it stated 'Test System' however one of three zones still leaked extensively.Attemps from both parties were made to contact the other. The owner of the company showed up in person and was very demanding and rude. When asked 'Are you going to finish the job?' They said 'That was not part of the job.'
