It went very well. It was urgent that we get some painting done in a hurry. Ken accommodated us and did a fine job. He was very professional and his fee was appropriate.

He was thoughtful, considerate, professional and excellent to work with. He made our home look brand new. The price was very reasonable. I would hire him again in a second.

We are very happy with the work performed.  Ken gave us an estimate a couple of months before he could actually do the work and told us at that time it would be early August before he could start.  He called in early August and then got the work done as originally he committed.  He is professional, punctual and does what he says we will do.

Very prompt, worked hard long days until project was complete. I told him the 'shade ' of green I was going for and couldn't find. He found it for me and we are so happy! They are meticulous in cleaning up, making sure we are happy with results of the painting, never assumed how we wanted trim finished, checked with us for confirmation. GREAT service!

The date of the job is approximate. Because we were a small paint job we had to wait over a month for him to get to us because he had a lot of big jobs. He did do an excellent job and was very thorough. He went over the job several times to make sure it was done properly. He charged a little more because we wanted the paint color changed to a darker color. We were very pleased with the job he did.

No one would call Ken a fast worker. His references warned of this. However, he works very long days once he starts, and does all the work himself with no hired help, including all the second story work. He frequently asks if the customer is satisfied, and promptly addresses any complaints or concerns. I warned him in advance that I wanted no over spray on the new roof shingles, and there was none. He is quite experienced, and knows his business. The end result is a better than average job for a reasonable price. I am a particular customer, and I am quite satisfied.

Sent requests for assessments and quotes to 4 contractors to re-stain and seal my log home which had not been well taken care of for many years. I was execting to have to start from scratch by removing all old material, media blasting, and stain, and then seal. I received quotes for $6k-$10k from 3 contractors. One did not bid.

Ken was fabulous. Was both the low price and most professonal contractor contacted. Drove 40 miles on a weekend to assess. Researched the material previously used on the home and discovered that a maintenance (not a re-do) application was really all that was needed. Saved me $3k+ on the job.
Did the job while I was traveling so that when I returned I could enjoy the fruits of his labor. Quality was high. Was honest and honorable on the job. Saved me $160 in to-the-job travel costs by spending two nights in my garage.
I will recommend him to anyone.

My mother just used him and he did a great job on her home. I find him to be very competent, meticulous and honest. I have seen his work on neighbor's homes and his work definitely holds up well. I also think his pricing is very fair.

Again, I have never had a better experience with a contractor, and I will hire him over the other competitors in the area.
