Lori is the owner. She is easy to work with. We looked for three years for a place in this area and she was the one who helped us get one. She is very personable. She is easy to deal with. She knows the whole area like the back of her hands. When I bought this house, the people that were selling were asking $195,000 and we told Lori that we could not afford to spend anymore than $170,000. She spoke with the other relator and they both agreed to give up a good part of the commission, so we could get the house at the price, which we could afford and then the people were so anxious to get it sold that they agreed to it, but that was because of her. The quality of her work was excellent. I would definitely use them again in the future.
