Horrible Horrible if I could give -10 stars I would. I paid him he never did any work. Left my house worse than before. Never showed up to do the work. Always had excuses. Save time and money go somewhere else.

Philip is awesome. I know him because I was doing some part time work at Lowe's and so I know that he does landscaping, plumping, and drywall services. At this time, he tells me that he's so busy that he can't see straight. I think his prices were very reasonable especial for this area. He's very good, on time, and gets the work done.

He has been trying to get 2 hours of work done for a long time now. 4 no shows, 5 days 8-9 hours late. What he did work on he made a mess. Spilled silicone on the toilet, told us we could clean it up. The same goes for the carpet rust stains and big black stains in the living room we were left to clean up. Bottom line he is never punctual, and makes more work for you in clean up.
