Western Outdoor Aquatics

Description of Work: I have been going to Western Outdoor Aquatics for the past seven years and have always been pleased. They are extremely knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond to assist their customers. We once had a malfunction in our pond that resulted in most of the water being drained and they lent us all the supplies we needed to keep our fish alive while we fixed the problem. They even housed a few of our fish for several months while we had the pond reconstructed. I've always found them to offer competitive prices for the products and they have some of the best customer service out there. In this particular instance, I was simply looking for a way to clean up the algae in my pond after several attempts at different chemicals had not helped much. Instead of selling me yet another kind of chemical, they offered a simpler solution that involved a small modification to my skimmer box. It's worked great, is better for my pond and fish and was less expensive.
