Most recently, I went to them for work that should have been covered under my 100,000 mile warranty from a Toyota dealership in Virginia where I bought the car. They said they would not acknowledge that, as they have never heard of a warranty like that. I was very disappointed. I will continue to use them, as I do not have a choice.

Stapp Interstate Toyota I just dealt with today. My care was time wise out of warranty but mileage wise was under warranty they took care of me. My care is being serviced today, they ordered parts. Their customer attentive. They are taking care of everything because the part should not have been worn out with the mileage. I've taken my vehicle there for general maintenance. They've been reliable, they have been attentive they are looking what is best for the customer and if you wait for your car they make sure you have hospitalities. Their prices are fair. They are taking off $600 for this repair.

They told us there wasn’t any damage to the canister but the skid plate was the thing that had been damaged, and they denied authorization to get this fixed under the warranty. The approximate cost was for the diagnostic, which was $109. I even talked to the service manager to try to resolve the issue, but nothing was resolved. The mechanic even called in to the warranty company and gave them a false report that the canister was damaged, not the plate, but they never took it off to look. We ended up getting it taken care of at another mechanic.
