Talked to Eric ,we set a date to have tree removed. He was able to come out a day early. Cut tree no damage to house or fence. Great job cleaned up yard. I even asked to trim up a pine tree and he made time to complete that and clean up. Price was excellent , cheaper than any other quote. This was the second time I used them if I need any other work done I will call them again.

We contacted Chuck's Tree Service when they were down the street trimming a neighbor's tree about a month ago. My wife asked them to stop by when they were done (since they were already here) and trim the dead wood off our maple. The guy walked down and gave us an estimate of $150. The day closed out and they never trimmed the tree (we never signed anything either). No big deal.
Yesterday (a month later) my wife comes home and they are in the back yard trimming the tree. Definitely unexpected since we hadn't heard from them at all. Very unprofessional. Additionally, they did nothing to protect the plants on the ground and were dropping loads of debris on our garden. Add to that damaging the neighbor's tree and bushes.
Will NEVER hire them again. Learned my lesson. Cheaper is NOT better.

Chucks had been recommended by a neighbor. I called and they were professional and responsive, coming promptly to provide the initial estimate which included committed schedule and solid estimate, to which they held to.
Overall the experience was excellent. Both trees removed, stumps grinded, and excellent clean-up all completed within the day.
The holes were smoothed and graded, the lawn raked of all but the most minor of twigs and needles, and debris hauled away.
I'd highly recommend the local family business to anyone.

Everything went fine and I would recommend them to the other people.  My trees were really bad and they cut down a lot, but they cleaned up.  There was no sign of any work being done except that the trees looked great.  They didn’t leave any mess at all.  I thought they were a little expensive.  I think I probably could have got a better price but I don’t know if the other people would have done as good work.  I will use them again in the future but I would get other quotes first.

We had a small tree and Chuck's Tree Service chopped it down and completed the job in a day. They did a really good job cleaning out the area afterwards and we were happy with their service.
