Abhorrent experience. Roof was poorly installed. Gutters were installed backwards which created pooling and damage. They were given many opportunities to do the right thing and they never did. Today, a driver in one of their vehicles aggressively got right behind me following entirely too close and endangering myself and my daughter. When I called in the employee who answered the phone said “whatever dude” and hung up as I was explaining the situation in which his employee was endangering my daughter. Great show of an appreciation for safety. I wouldn’t hire this company to reroof a garden shed.

B & M were very responsive and professional. The went above and beyond any previous work done on the area. They estimated correctly, showed up on time, and did what they said they would do to repair the roof. We haven't had a problem since. We are so happy with their work!

Band M Roofing provided a competitive estimate for a new shake shingle roof. They were prompt and professional and did the job in record time. The workmen were very professional and considerate of the customer. They kept the worksite very clean. They worked safely. The job they did was exceptional. I had observed their work on a neighbors home and they did the same quality work on that job also. The company management stopped by daily to check on the job and with the customer to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would recommend Band M above all others.

We have hired B&M before for repairs on our roof, especially on the old EPDN rubber over garage.   They have always done a very good job at a very reasonable cost.
They began the work on 8/5 (90% completed), and finished most of final work within next two weeks.  Some problems in communication for health and other reasons.  Finished job and corrections on 8/23.
Our compliments to Grant, Joe, and Blake, and to their crews led by Mario and Jorge, Sergio and Eloy.  We very much appreciated their hard work, dedication to getting the job done right, and attention to detail.   And a special thanks to Blake for coming back to eliminate the pooling on our garage roof after he had been in hospital during the previous week.  
We are writing this on 9/10/2013 after our monsoon-rain during the night.  First real test of the new roofing.  All systems seem to be working.

B&M worked quickly and efficiently with the insurance adjuster to agree on the scope of work and the price. B&M's onsite estimator also worked with office staff to have contract emailed for signature and presentation to the adjuster so that I was able to get a check for the full amount of the work (less my deductible) on the spot. That saved a lot of time, especially since the adjusters were all very busy with many claims from the storm.
Materials were delivered and work proceeded as scheduled. The work crew was steady and efficient, finishing on time. They even removed a roof antenna no longer in use and removed and then reattached heating cables. B&M coordinated some relatively minor gutter work with Colorado Seamless Gutter as part of the effort, and that went well.  B&M also coordinated with city inspectors to get the final approval, and the entire process is complete. The work looks good, and the effort went smoothly.

Although they were not the lowest bid I got, they were incredibly HONEST, responsive, on time, professional and pleasant.
Other companies had tried hard sell scare tactics, and were pushing me to replace the entire roof, instead of the one section.
The job was done by a wonderful crew and the huge mess was cleaned up entirely - it was as if they had never been there.
Dan even came back to personally check on a question I had.
I highly recommend this roofing company.

B&M is an outstanding organization and did a superb joct of re-roofing my home that was damaged in severe windstorms last winter.  Their installation crew was very professional and very hard working.  If they had not run out of edging material, they would have completed the job in one day.  They returned the next day to complete the work.  They were very cognizant of my property, and with a couple of minor exceptions, did a great job of protecting my landscaping during the removal of the old roofing material.  They performed an excellent clean up job before leaving.  They returned a couple of days later to reinstall some guy wires on a wood fireplace chimney that had be removed during the roof installation.  They worked flawlessly with my electrical contractor who was installing two new bathroom ventilating fans and provided him with the necessary access to install the fan ductwork from above and they by installing the roof caps during the roofing installation.  This negated the possibility of damage to the new roof if the fans were installed later.

First, their bid was a thousand dollars lower than another bid I received last month. Of course they offered more expensive options and when i pressed them for more details, they did not press me to go with a more "quality" product...you know, the old bait and switch. Quite the opposite. Grant assured me that the roof I wanted had stood the test of time. The roofing crew was industrious, courteous and incredibly neat. My yard, deck were spotless at the end of the work day. I know there are other fine roofing companies in the Denver metro area. But on this day, there is no finer roofing company than B&M.

After two previous estimates, I found B&M to be straightforward and honest! Their work was quick and roofers courteous. This was no "sell-job" and experience was as good as can get. No one wants a roof problem and these folks made it almost painless. 

I don't remember a whole lot about the experience, but overall I was satisfied.

They removed all our sedater shake shingles and installed new fiberglass shingles and they also repaired a vent. They came on time and were orderly and cleaned up after themselves. They did the jib quickly and professionally. They were responsive and the quality of work was good.

From the moment I called to the completion of the work, they were great! Dan and his crew were responsive, friendly and worked hard. We are very happy with the result.

They did a good job. Price went up slightly due to finding an extra layer on the roof to remove. Bid was for removing two layers, not three.

Danny the roofer was courteous, and on time. He looked over my roof and the leak and explained exactly what was going on. He was professional and treated me with respect.

They were very easy to work with. The estimate was received shortly after requesting one and work was scheduled in a timely matter. They replaced the roof within a few days and cleaned up after the job was finished. A representative followed up and any questions or modifications were answered or completed quickly.

B & M let us know when they would arrive to do the job. They came when they said they would, and finished the work when promised. We had a small leak appear after a rain storm several weeks later. When I called them about it, they came and had it repaired the next day. They seem like a very customer oriented company. They want their customers to be satisfied -- and I am.

They were very prompt. They were very courteous and respectful of the property involved. We would gladly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

B&M CAME OUT ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. THEY HAD ALL OF THE REQUIRED MATERIALS AND COMPLETED THE REPAIRS. THEY WERE FAST AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING AND LEFT NO DEBRIS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND B&M TO ANYONE.

WE WERE PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE VERY FLEXIBLE WHEN WE FOUND OUT THE CITY'S NEW RULES CONCERNING THE SHINGLES. THEY EXPLAINED WHAT WOULD TAKE PLACE, INCLUDING THE DISRUPTION, THE MESS AROUND THE HOUSE AND THE PLACEMENT OF THE DUMPSTER, ALONG WITH ALL COSTS. THEY WERE ABLE TO INSTALL THE NEW SHINGLES EARLIER THAN FIRST ANTICIPATED.
