The windows are of excellent quality, but the installation was really bad. They were not put in flush with the wall, the caulk cracked. When I asked Darryl to fix it, he was terrible about returning calls. He was awful about finally sending someone out to fix it. It took MONTHS to get this resolved, I wish I never did any business with them.

I had a couple of issues with them responding, but I think that is because they are very busy. They were very professional and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

THE WINDOWS AND DOOR LOOK GOOD. SHORTLY AFTER THEY WERE INSTALLED, WE HAD A RAIN STORM AND WATER WAS RUNNING DOWN THE PATIO DOOR. I LEFT A MESSAGE FOR DARRYL PEARCE, THE PERSON WHO HAD WORKED WITH US. HE DID RETURN MY CALL AND SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE OUT IN 2 DAYS TO FIX THE PROBLEM. NO ONE EVER CAME TO OUR HOUSE AND I WAS NEVER ABLE TO CONTACT HIM AGAIN.
