Initial conversation with them they said they would provide me with a per foot price estimate for installing a main water line and meter.  After a week, I hadn't heard anything from them, so called and left a message inquiring as to whether or not they were still working on putting together some numbers for me.   Another week has gone by, no word.  When a company doesn't have any customer service on the front end of a transaction, you really worry about what the back end of the transaction would be like.  So I guess I will keep looking for another excavator.

I'm a Realtor and needed to have a septic tank pumped and inspected so Tri-County health could issue a use permit for the new owners.  Closing was in 3 days.  Cline (AKA affordable septic service) was the only company that said they could accommodate us last minute.  They showed up and worked with the seller to get the information needed to successfully issue the required permit.  From this point forward, I will be happy to refer them for any and all matters related to septic systems.  The amount spent was for the inspection and permit application.  The pumping was an additional $310 or so and was paid by another party to the transaction.
I rated a B on price because we did get some quotes that were slightly lower however they did not gouge us when we were in a time crunch.  And they were the only ones that said they could help with such a short time frame.
