As for the company, they do great work. As with any business, you will always have one customer who is unsatisfied no matter what. It's unfortunate that the only customer to write a review was the one customer that was unhappy. But I wouldn't take his recommendation seriously. On-Site Restoration performs hundreds of jobs per year and 99% of those customer's are happy with their work.
As far as using subcontractor's, well, that's what a General Contractor does. They hire the best drywallers, carpet installers, etc. Using subs instead of regular employee's help to keep costs down.
Also, when something happens to your home, your own insurance adjuster is supposed to prepare the estimate. On occasion, On-Site will write the estimate for the adjuster under special circumstances . They always go by the adjuster's estimate and they do not charge a dime more. They do not and will not nickle and dime their customers. On-Site uses the same estimating software that most insurance companies use. They believe in providing the customer with the very best service and quality work at a reasonable price. And that will bring customer's back or generate word of mouth referrals. And it does.
Again, I no longer work for this company and I am NOT being paid to post this. I've wanted to post since I first saw Mr. Sizemore's post months ago. I'm posting because I believe in the quality work On-Site provides and I would hate to see their business suffer based on Mr. Sizemore's bogus review.
Thanks for reading! I hope you'll give these guys a chance to prove it to you.
"I just read the allegations of the customer and am currently investigating. A written response to him and a response to this post will be soon. We appreciate all our customers thoughts, wether good or bad. All criticsm is constructive when you are in this industry. We ask any customer and/or prospect to request REAL letters of reference. I hope each and everyone has a Blessed Thanksgiving; we have a lot to be thankfull for."
