Fantastic!!!!! The carpets are 18 years old and had lots of bad stains and pet odor. They look 1000 times better and all odor is gone. Amazing. We didn't expect to get this kind of results considering the age and condition of the carpets. We couldn't be more pleased. We highly recommend this company. They will be doing all our carpet cleaning in the future. Thank you Blue Ribbon.

Heath (Blue Ribbon Carpet Cleaning) cleaned all the carpet in our new house and the house we were moving out of. He always does a great job. We highly recommend him.

The first guy showed up twenty minutes late and I had already moved most of the items off of the carpet so that the carpet cleaners would not need to do so. A second guy showed up forty minutes late to help out. They moved no furniture which did not make my husband happy. My husband went downstairs to see if the table and rugs were being moved in order to shampoo under them only to find that they were cleaning around the runner instead of moving it. A few things bothered me: 1. The fact that they moved no furniture unless specifically asked. 2. The spot that was found in front of the couch that is not very clean. 3. They were late. 4. My wood and tile floors were left wet. What I liked: 1. The carpet looked clean in the other areas. 2. The guys were nice. I didn't call them back to see if they would redo the spot, so I don't know if that is an option. The person who recommended them to me spoke very highly of this company. She uses them to clean her rental houses after tenants move out. I'm not sure that I would use them again.

I thought Blue Ribbon Carpet Cleaning did a great job cleaning my carpets. They do work on both residential and commercial carpets. I also thought they were very pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, and were able to get the job done quickly. They did come a little late, but did call me and let me know that they were running late.
