The guys at Big O are always very polite and helpful to me. It was a busy holiday weekend, but they were still upbeat and ready to serve. Their waiting area was clean and free coffee available, as well as cable TV to help pass the time. The only problem I had was how long it took. It would have been nice to have a heads up on how long it would take, but then, I didn't ask either! It was still a better price than going to a Jiffy Lube, and about the same amount of time.

They just did some work for me and I love them. It is a franchise chain. The customer service was outstanding. They were very they were very thorough, with their solution and how long it would take. It made the whole experience very pleasant even for car repair. So it was just great customer service. It was a short job. This is my second time going to them. I had bought my tires from them originally. I am a client. I like them.

I was very happy with the service I received. They didn't make me feel like an idiot, and they didn't try to sell me an air filter or tires!

They broke my hubcap. When they put my car on the lift, they smashed the exhaust system into the frame. I was not able to find the correct exhaust system, and I ended up selling the car. They even denied that they broke the hubcap, but I know that I did not do it. And it was not broken when I took it in there. I will not go back to Big O Tires and would not recommend them to anyone.
