They did a great job. My roof is cedar lite which is fairly fragile to walk on. I explained how fragile the roof was to John, the owner, and he had one of his light weight guys go onto the roof. They removed the old vent cap, determined the manufacturer, and then got a replacement and installed it. In all it took an hour and a half. He had a three man crew with him and charge me for the hour and a half of labor for one man. Best of all, there were no broken tiles.
