MORGAN FEDERAL BANK

We spent 3 months trying to secure lending on a property in Timnath, CO. We were 9 days from closing an the Farm Bureau Bank called and said that the lending with them fell through. Nothing like waiting to the last minute to tell us the bad news after working on it for a month. Scrambling to try and figure out lending we got a referral to call Morgan Federal and just gave them a call thinking it would be more of the same. Surprisingly we talked to Michelle at Morgan Federal and she initially looked over the property, credit scores, etc. She then took it before their mortgage board and called us back that morning with a positive answer that they may be able to do the funding. We only had 8 days until closing and she cranked it out and put together the loan package in 2 days. What took other companies weeks/months to do Morgan Federal did in 2 days. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone!
