Jennings Home Renovations

Project started out well with Mr. Jennings & 2 helpers arriving on day & time scheduled. Helpers were left alone to mask house for the painting, which Mr. Jennings would be doing. Masking took the better of 2 full days & then Jennings proceeded to spray while helpers started other projects. There were immediate issues with the estimate/quote when Jennings indicated he would not be installing the drain portion of the faucets even though all faucets I've ever seen for sale (I provided all light fixtures, faucets, paint & materials for painting as called for by Jennings) include the drain kit. Jennings wanted an additional $181. to install the drains which were, in his opinion, a "change order". I declined paying the add'l $$ & we compromised that he would install the drains if he did not install a kitchen sink, faucet & garbage disposal which were part of the original quote. Another part of the "compromise" was that he would not install 2 of the 5 bathroom light fixtures since there was only 1 box & 2 were required (he did not investigate this before submitting the quote). Painting was very shoddy in that original white color "flashed" thru in numerous locations& overspray was evident in many locations.
