Good company. Figured out the issue quickly, made the sprinkler repair, and did a good job patching the grass.

Francisco was very knowledgeable and polite. He came to do the estimate, but once he told me what needed to be done, and he already had all the tools in the truck, he did all the work needed to get the water evenly irrigating my lawn that same day (moved sprinkle heads, replaced broken heads, removed/closed leaks). He also made some other suggestions for lawn and mulch maintenance. I have been trying to get someone to come to my house to fix my sprinkles for a year. I will definitely recommend him.

I thought the work was sub-par they were messy left my yard where I had to clean up after they left and also tried to sell me things I did not need for my sprinkler system would not! Recommend them to throw their card away!

Francisco fixed the problem and suggested some improvements that made sense t me to do. He also did a 2nd repair after he got here that I hadnâ t mentioned on the phone and was happy to do it. Iâ m very pleased!

No other sprinkler repair service would work for me before May 23rd. I contacted Zepeda about 4:00 this afternoon. He came to my house by 5:30. We found out where the blockage was in my irrigation system and he fixed it by 7:00. He was fast, polite and did quality work.

Francisco Zepeda was the first contractor to contact me, was available to come out right away (on a Sunday) and was able to complete the project within two hours at a very reasonable price. After previously contacting five different contractors and not receiving call backs or lack of availability, I was very pleased with Home Advisor and with Francisco with Zepeda Landscaping. I would definitely hire him again and highly recommend him to anyone needing landscaping work.

Francisco was very prompt to my response to my sprinkler problem. He was able to diagnose the issue immediately and priced me a fair quote. Job was done the next day and everything works good I will use him again.

Francisco Zepeda is a hard worker and doesn't waste time. He has the equipment to get a job done. He asked me questions throughout the project to make sure he was doing the job the way I wanted him too. My only suggestion is to improve his English. Sometimes it was difficult communicating.
