Mortgage Companies
We went in in January of 2012 to consolidate 2 checking accounts and change a savings account. At least once, sometimes twice a week for 5 months I had to stop in and get something cleared up. I was being charged $35/ month because we didn't have enough in accounts with them, which they had to refund. I have had to go in multiple times because when they changed our accounts, they didn't change our debit cards along with them. Each month for the past 5 months I get a call asking me of the physical address of our property and if it has changed. When I explain it to them and tell them that I just had this conversation a month ago, they no nothing of it. Sadly, my husband has had accounts with them since the early 70's, and we will probably be changing.
