Can't say enough about the Neurology staff and the pharmacy. They were so great to work with always had my dogs best interest at heart yet listened to my wife and I as well. My beautiful Saint Bernard was a very difficult case and they gave him a wonderful quality of life while he was with us. I can never thank them enough for all they did for us.

"Hi [Member Name Removed], thanks so much for your nice review. I will let Dr. Jones, Dr. Stark, and the neurology service know. It is our privilege to work with complicated patients and the people who love them. We loved Prince George! Sincerely, Kris, hospital communications team"

Everyone we dealt with during the diagnosis, pre- and post-surgical process was very professional and caring. Honestly, I would love to have the kind of medical care that my dog received at this facility. Just received an email from the veterinarian who took care of my dog asking about her...my dog just turned 14 years old and is happy and healthy. We would highly recommend this facility.

We were provided a number of options in treating our dogs mast cell tumors, from the very aggressive amputation of her leg and removal of her lymph node in combination to chemotherapy to palliative care to keep her comfortable for the remainder of her life. We opted for a chemotherapy treatment using vinblastin and, after the first few treatments, were very encouraged as we were able to see the reduction in size of her tumors, but the tumors fought back and the doctors recommended that we not continue since it looked like the tumors were gaining the upper hand. They then recommended a combination of an oral chemotherapy drug, palladia, with direct radiation treatment on the tumors. At this point, we are very encouraged with the results. However this turns out, I am convinced that the doctors and nurses have done everything possible to assist our dog and us through this process. I have asked about regular veterinary care through the CSU vet school and will be taking my other dog and my cats to their community health clinic in the future.

I took my horse into the CSU VTH several times over the months of November and December for several emergencies and emergency procedures in addition to having the field team come to my barn for emergencies. They were always very good at explaining what was going on, what my options were, what possible complications were, and everything that should be gone over.
For the amount of care that my horse received there, I was shocked at how low the price was. Total, he was in the hospital for over two weeks time and there were multiple trips to my barn by the vets. Vet care can add up, but the VTH is very reasonably priced for the care provided.
Unlike some vets, they did not rush into a diagnosis and treatment, which saved my horse's life. No vet hospital or clinic has a perfect reputation, but I am beyond grateful for the help that we received there. I also have experience with the dermatology department there, and would recommend just as highly

They are incredible. We have two old cats. The people here are really kind. It's a teaching hospital, so you have to be aware of that. There are students and prospective doctors learning things and participating in the process. They were very compassionate, efficient, and helpful. What really stood out is that they counsel owners on the animals as much as focusing on the animals. The pricing was good.
