VERIZON WIRELESS

The bill is too much. They could install a cell tower closer because we don't get cell coverage at home. It is wide open country, but their coverage is very bad. We haven't argued with them about our service in so long. It doesn't help to call because they can't do anything about it until they build a new tower.

Please note.....I seldom go to the Verizon store on College.....it is way too busy. I always use Verizon in Best Buy...also on College. The last phone I bought was at Sam's Club because it was on a special at 96 cents. However, I do not go to them for questions.
A new Verizon store opened here in my town....Windsor, CO....and I go to them for information.
Both the store inside Best Buy and the one in Windsor, are professional, knowledgeable, pricing the same, etc..

Inside the store, we were given a number and told that the wait would be 15 minutes. One hour later, the same person who gave us the number -- and who had helped many other people in the interim -- came over, listened for 30 seconds as we described the problem, and told us we needed to buy a new phone, without even touching the bad phone. We waited an hour for that???
Not much later, a Verizon phone rep was able to help get the phone fixed under an extended warranty that we got for free because we had used our Visa credit card to buy the phone.
We don't like the way we were treated in this Verizon store, and we won't be back.

They are fine. I am satisfied with their services.

I am a much older woman and the telephone they sold me has a 911 button. I carry that phone with me at all times. I have used the 911 option because I have a disease where I may not be able to talk. They have a GPS system that will be able to locate me and get me help. I stay with them because of this. I haven't compared their prices. They are very responsive.
