 + -1 moreA very disappointing introduction to Fort Collins for our daughter who has moved here from Flagstaff. Slumlord would be an appropriate description of Vantage Properties. Shame on Colorado laws for supporting such shameless and unethical business practices.
Description of Work: Complied with all requirements to move in 08/01/12, only to find apartment #203 at Central Town Apartments, 125 N Meldrum, in poor repair. When brought to the attention of Vantage Properties, the response was "too bad, you've already signed the lease to accept 'as is'." The Vantage representative offered apartment #103 at 127 N Meldrum as an alternative but it was not move-in ready either. The final solution offered by Vantage was to sub-lease for the life of the one-year lease. WARNING: VANTAGE PROPERTIES IS NOT CONCERNED ABOUT TENANTS, ONLY PROFITS,
