The lawn areas were mowed every week and strip mowing was monthly. Three times I had to call and remind the company to do the strip mowing. Lawn areas were left with bare, dirt areas from the heavy equipment and using the same pattern. Some areas were not mowed because there was debris on top of the grass afterward. Two separate instances, I sent photos to Chris with a message that showed no border trimming. I talked to Drevahn, the mower, and showed my areas of concern, however, the trimming was never accomplished which resulted in an untidy look to my lawn and weeds continuing to grow that could spread weed seeds. Edging at driveways and patio was never done until I asked for it and then maybe done once for the season. The heavy tractor bent the metal edging in many places because the mower ran over it. I have never had a lawn mowing service that was so bad and unprofessional. I was very disappointed. I had to hire someone else to do trimming, straighten metal edging, and I did some edge trimming at driveway myself.
