 + -1 moreA technician showed up, took the back off of the TV without telling me much, then started to leave. I asked him what he found, and told me that a part needed to be ordered. He never gave us a price. Whenever we contacted him since that initial appointment, he kept telling us that the part was on its way, but he never followed through. He even assured me that the TV would fixed before Thanksgiving, but never got back to us or followed through. The service was very unprofessional.
Description of Work: Before Thanksgiving, we called him to repair a TV.

 + -1 moreThe part they needed to do the repair did not arrive when the technician said it would. Initially I thought the technician was a really nice guy, but after that it went down hill. The technician was leading me on instead of just telling me he could not get the part from his suppliers.
Description of Work: I attempted to get my tv repaired by University TV. The key panel was not working correctly.
