I arrived at 5:30 pm and surrendered the car to them to work on it. the car was returned to me at 7:30pm. I drove home without incident. the next day we noticed a rumbling from the rear of the car. the day after that the car showed check engine lights and emission control lights. we took the car to the subaru dealer who looked at the car and could not find any source of problem for the engine warning lights. however the dealer pointed out that u-haul had cut away most of the muffler shields and left the remaining parts loose and un-attached to the car. the rumbling was caused by the vibration of the remaining bits of the loose shields rattling against the car. We spoke to the u-haul owner who said this is what anyone would do. We asked for a refund and the owner said the hitch had been used and would not give a refund. to me this u-haul is not a professional operation.
