He did a marvelous job. It looks much better than it did with the carpet. He coordinated with the plumber, who had to remove and replace the toilets. I had figured the total myself, and he corrected me, which was in my benefit by about $1200. He will be building a tile countertop in my laundry room using the leftover tile from the builder doing the tile on the bathroom countertops. He is very flexible and considerate.
