It was about 6:00pm and was cold outside. I was glad that the locksmith showed up in about 15 minutes. He got the door open in about a minute. The charge was $100 and the job was considered "after hours". Needless to say, this seems way too high, especially since very little travel was required. The next day I went out and got extra keys made and have made sure to stash them with a neighbor, "just in case".

I communicated with this company long distance, and had them meet a family representative at the work location. They were professional and courteous when I spoke with them to get their prices, and likewise when I contracted with them. They were onsite at the exact time expected, did the work expeditiously, and called me for payment information, exactly as I had requested. The family representative that met them said they were extremely courteous and professional.
