About us
Family owned business in 2nd generation of home construction and remodeling. We design, draw blueprints, and perform all phases of construction with the exception of plumbing, heating, electrical, and painting which we subcontract to reliable, licensed and insured subcontractors. We do only one project at a time and a supervisor is on site whenever work is being performed. Side business is performing home inspections as Tom, the owner has an engineering and was a county building inspector before starting the business.

We initially contacted the provider in the fall and we had a completed garage by the following February. Getting in contact with the provider was a little difficult but once we had met we had smooth communications through the project. The provider created a simple design that was consistent with our requirements and offered a number of variations that added value for us while containing costs.
The provider was respectful of our property and privacy while working on site and even provided fencing to us to keep the dog in while our primary fence was taken down. The work was completed on a very reasonable scheduled, particularly considering the winter weather conditions.
We are extremely pleased with the quality of the resulting structure and the work the provider did.
