The Parlour

I went to The Parlour for cut and colour.  It was the worst experience.  I asked for subtle highlights for my brown hair and what I got was bright red streaks.  I looked like a skunk and am still growing it out.  I asked them to fix it, which they attempted too.  They dyed it 5 times in two days trying to correct it.  Each time was a bit worst and the quality of my hair has suffered poorly.  The worst is that they demanded that I still pay for the services, even though I was not the least bit happy.  I attempted to contact the manager several times with no avail.  At the very least, legitimate hairstylists should stand by their work.

I like the way they cut my hair. They have always been real good. I would recommend them.

Excellent experience!!!  This was my 2nd visit.  Breen (mis-spelled) is friendly and she also pays a lot of attention to detail.  She have given me the best men's haircut.  When  I leave the Parlour, I don't feel like I have to rush home to wash-out and fix my hair.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the front desk staff. The offered me a beverage and brought it to me while I was waiting. Within 3 minutes Virginia was available and we started the consultation. She washed my hair and gave me a head massage. I almost fell asleep in the chair. I was in and out within half an hour but almost wished I could have stayed longer. It was such a relaxing experience that I have never experienced in a salon.
