The Odor Guys

During the flooding in Colorado this September, we discovered a portion of our house that had developed a mold problem. While our house was in the center of the evacuation area, we were high enough that we did not suffer any flooding or damage. As we were calling around looking for someone to help us with this situation we discovered that there were long waiting lists or companies not taking on new clients due to all of the work that is needed to help people get back into their homes. This of course is totally understandable, yet we were still in need of someone to help remove the mold threat. I made a list of contractors and got down to "Mold Removal Express" I called, explaining our situation and the person said he would have a tech call back as soon as possible but with all the damage in the state it may take a couple of weeks. Richard called me back within the hour and I explained what was going on. He took the time to ask many questions and was very helpful. He also explained how to immediately remove the threat. He asked me to look for some specific things and even guided me to a place to get a cheap moisture meter to help. He gave me homework and an email address to send pictures to if i had further questions. We were able to handle the job ourselves... this time.
