Ryan Kropp was our phenomenal guide through replacing a hail damaged roof. The crew from Sprague was also exceptionally neat and speedy. If I didn t see a new roof on the house, I would not have known that they were there and done. No mess at all. Hire these guys, they re great!

Professional, knowledgeable, did a great job. Shingles were delivered on a Wednesday and the roof was completed by Friday that same week. (And this was a large hip-type barn roof) Great job and couldn't be more pleased. And, they were a super go-between and negotiator with my insurance carrier ! Thank you, Aaron!

Sprague Roofing and Exteriors did an amazing job coordinating the different crews to get my house fixed after the terrible hail storm that we endured. As a full time teacher I knew I would not have the time to coordinate with all the different people that I would need to get my house back in shape; roofers, siders, gutters, windows and a glass door! Thankfully Bill and his people were there by my side through the entire endeavor! They negotiated on my behalf with my insurance to make sure that I got the highest adjustment that I could. Another big concern for me was my animals that I would have to leave in the house during the days when there would be workers at my house. They completed the work in a timely manner and my dogs were not affected one bit! I am so thankful that Sprague was here to help me in the biggest adult project that I have to this date had to deal with! Thank you, Sprague!

Service delivery was delayed from the time promised. While the work was excellent, better communications with the customer would have gotten a higher rating from me.

City had no record of the final inspection being called for. I had to call for it myself. Contractor attempted to add additional charges not included in the estimate.

In this day and age it’s hard to find anybody to help you do a project on your home. Sprague Roofing did show up and did give me a good price. They showed up to do the work and so far so good. As soon as they finish, I will let you know.
