Had to be replaced twice. The first replacement window had a manufacturing defect, there was a ripple in the glass when you looked through it. Second one was fine. Both of the installers were prompt and professional. The second one even washed all my windows and vacuumed the car.

Great. The tech showed up at my office on schedule and installed the new windshield as promised.

They're excellent as far as glass and they're guaranteed for life. That's the reason why we use them. They come and they work out at your house or your business, it doesn't matter where you live. They did a good job on both vehicles. He even gave my husband his own personal card with all of his personal information so that he could contact him anytime.

The replacement was great. Scheduling was a problem because they apparently double booked a lot of appointments. I had to wait another week.

The technician arrived on time and was professional and courteous. While replacing the windshield, he noticed that I had some minor rust damage from a few dings on the top of my car. He repaired what he could, including sanding the rust off and placing primer over the areas that would be covered by the new window and made a recommendation for me to have the remaining damage repaired. I never would have noticed this problem until it was MUCH bigger without his attention to detail! I would definitely use this company again.

I cannot say enough good things about the technicians at Safelite Autoglass. We bought a new car in November 2011 and on our Christmas roadtrip it got a nasty chip on the front windshield. I was so mad. When we got home we called Safelite right away and they came right over the next day and fixed the crack. It looks amazing! If you didn't know it was there, nobody would be able to spot it. The technician did a phenomenal job. We've had them come to fix several chips from previous cars and they just do a fantastic job. I also love that they are willing to come over to your residence or place of employment. I would definitely recommend Safelite Autoglass to anyone.

The original phone call was the only less than smooth part. I knew I wanted to contact the safelite in Fort Collins, but some reason, the phone dumped me to a nation wide number and they were not quite so easy to work with. The work got scheduled well, all my questions were answered and the work was done on time. Price was a pre-agreed glass coverage price from my insurance company, so I don't know how they compare on out of pocket pricing.
