+ 3 morethe replacement of all windows in the residence went very smoothly. The time element was approximately six weeks, due only to the fact, that the contractor worked alone. the actual removal and re-installation of all the windows took only four days. the rest of the time was spent staining, lacuering, boxing, and trimming the windows inside and out. the work progressed steadily and the contractor did minor interior repair as he waited on stain and lacquering to be completed. All work was done in a meticulously professional manner. After each days work, the contractor cleaned the location and picked up all tools and tried his very best to make the residence livable, although almost all rooms were under renovation. I would definitely use this contractor, in the future, for all construction or repair/renovation jobs. Superb!
Description of Work: This independent contractor was absolutely superb. He was ask to bid and perform the job of replacing all windows in a private residence. Not only was the bid well below other contractors, the service was excellent. The contractor was courteous, extremely knowledgable and was meticulous in his work. not only did he replace all the windows in the residence he also did minor interior repairs at no cost as part of the service. The contractor is a licensed builder with 20 years of experience and can perform jobs from new construction, remodeling, painting, decks and patios, and everything in between. I can not give this contractor high enough praise, he was absolutely excellent.
