RAM WASTE SYSTEMS

I have made numerous telephone calls to the company Ram Waste Systems Inc. (970-226-3396) to request a written copy of the rates for service. This is information that any other company I conduct business with (Comcast, Xcel, Qwest, etc.) has been able to fax, mail, email or direct me to a web page to view. Ram Waste Systems Inc. has not provided this information in any form and I see this a suspect business practice. I am submitting this information to the Better Business Bureau in order to warn consumers before doing business with this company. I have contacted the other trash services in this area and they were all able to provide a solution while I was on the phone. With my calls to Ram Waste Systems Inc., I have spoken to customer service individuals that could only quote rates via telephone and stated that they would not be provided in writing. I was told there was no immediate supervisor to speak with regarding this matter. I also asked for contact information for the company owner, since I was told it was a locally owned company, I was told that this information, including even a name, could not be provided. I have been promised three time now that someone would call me back regarding rates of service and to no avail there has not been a call to me. I also requested a call from the owner to discuss this issue and to cancel the account with the owner personally to express my extreme dissatisfaction with this business practice. With no dated rates of service either printable from the Internet or in written correspondence from the company, rates can be changed at any time. This is a deceptive business practice that consumers should know about and implore this company to change this practice or take the business elsewhere.
