About us

We are a locally owned and operated company, employing 5-7 seasonal staff with multiple years of experience to entry level positions. On average we sub-contract about 10% of our work load. We only sub-contract this work to companies we have trusted relationships with. When you hire Property Painters, you will have direct contact with the owner throughout your project. We carry $2,000,000 of General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp Insurance. Payment terms are 20% down upon agreement, with the balance due upon completion of the project. We accept credit/debit cards, cash and checks. We can work with various payment terms when partnering with Property Managers, Residential and Commercial Real Estate Agents, Builders, Restoration Companies and other service industry professionals.

Services we offer

Our primary services are interior and exterior painting for residential and small to mid sized commercial clients. Deck and fence staining and painting. Application methods include spraying, rolling and brushing. We offer drywall repair and other various repair items required on many projects. Interior and exterior rental property painting. Interior, exterior painting, staining and touch ups for homes within the real estate process. We work evenings and weekends as needed by our clients.

Services we don't offer

We do not hang wallpaper. We are not willing to place our employees, owners and partners in unsafe working conditions.
