Premier has always been a great company to work with. No worries, no hassles, just professionals that get the job done.

Overall, not the best. Even with plenty of advance notice of our personal schedule, there was last minute scheduling of the job by Premier. No follow-up by the onsite project manager at the end of the day of installation. The job site was left a mess with partially removed gutters hanging off the roof (see pictures). Pile of old gutter and metal left at the job site. Slow response from project management. No response from senior company management.

Everything went very professionally. Premier was prompt, courteous, and efficient. We would use the company again!

This company kept me apprised of where in the process we are. To my knowledge they did a good job. They waited for me to get my checks back from my mortgage company with the check endorsement. Overall I had a good experience.

Terrific. The team was quick, worked seamlessly with the insurance company, and was very responsive to follow-up questions.

The workers showed up promptly on time. It was like a fine tuned army that descended on my roof. There were workers on the sheds and on the house. They showed up at 7:30 am and were done with clean-up and were loaded up to leave by 2:00pm the same day. I was amazed. Would I hire them again; in a heart beat. Management was in constant contact and even came back to do the inspection that afternoon and asked if there was anything that could be done differently. I said no, it was done to my expectations and love the color.

The roof was replaced in one day by roofers who worked all day long. The property was cleaned up beautifully. Cal Merkowitz was my Field Rep & was great to work with. He was responsive, even with multiple other roof claims resulting from several hail storms in the area. He worked with my insurance company to come to an agreed price and made sure I was happy with the results.

Kaitlyn Hill and Premier Roofing were fantastic to work with! This was my first property insurance claim and they walked me through the entire process. They explained everything and communicated how the process would work and what I needed to do, etc. They worked directly with the insurance company and made it so easy. The work was completed in less than a day and looks great! I will recommend Premier to all my friends and family.

Evan Daugherty, our representative, was great. He took the extra time to explain everything from insurance to how the job would proceed. It was such an easy experience and the roofers were very professional. The clean up was good and our shrubs were not damaged.

Representative from Premier came to our door after a recent hail storm and asked to see if we suffered any damage. Premier handled the whole claim process with our insurance company and made sure we got the best quality roof. Would recommend and use them again!

Premier Roofing was such an impressive company. They went above and beyond for us. Jasper helped sort through a very difficult home owners claims. Any other company would have left the customer out to dry and fend for themselves. Not Premier and not Jasper. We are so impressed by the integrity and workman ship this company has to offer! Everyone should use this company-they operated with very high standards not just the Home Owners portion, but from the initial approach from Nolan to offer premier roofing services, from the assessment of damages, through to roof replacement and the finalization of billing. PLUS we hardly had any building materials nails ect... left on our property! That's amazing! We appreciate the safety taken on clean up to ensure that none of our kids or animals were at risk to step on building materials. We would recommend this company to everyone! Thank You Premier, you set the Gold Standard for how roofing companies should perform!

I am happy with the roof, but did have several issues that will cause me to get other quotes before going with Premier in the future. I didn't get any quotes from anyone else. Matt Watkins, my rep (invoice #1726533) was very friendly and sold me without doing any other research. He actually ran from a neighbors house on a HOT day, to get up on the roof with my insurance adjuster to point out damage to get me the most he could. He also walked around the house and pointed out damage to other items not roof related! My issues were that the material delivery crew left a LOT of cigarette buds at the end of my driveway and I had to clean them up. The install crew cleaned up nicely and I still haven't found any nails from the removal of the old roof or the install of the new one. I also didn't like that I had asked if I could pay with my credit card and I was told I could. When I got my insurance check I paid my credit card bill with it and then planned on putting the roof back on my credit card. When the bill was due, I was told I could only put 10% on my card. I wasn't ready for that and had to move some money around to pay the roof off. They did get the roof installed quickly. After everything was done and my finances have caught up, I am overall happy with the roof and how it looks. Shane Mickelson

They coordinated with my insurance company and handled all that hassle for me. Paperwork and expectations were clear, there was little I had to do on my end beyond picking my shingle color and start date. Would use again.

Our sales rep Daniel Rowe and the staff at Premier were all very helpful throughout the claims process, scheduling and job completion. We were not sure if the job was going to get done before winter set in but, they got it done. The crew established a safe work site, they were skilled and professional and they got the job done in 2 days. I would highly recommend Premier Roofing to friends and family that need a new roof!
