Property Management
They have very poor customer services. They send their maintenance people, they get the job done quickly, and are very informative, but the office people are not very prompt. I had a work order for my furnace this morning, and nobody has gotten back to me. I went to talk to me with an issue about my rent, and they were not willing to work with me, even with 2 weeks notice, they were not willing to work it out. It is all about who the property belongs to, and then the tenants, and the property comes second.

The staff is cordial, however, they are very poor about returning calls promptly (within a week). You usually have to follow up with mulitple phone calls to obtain any answer regarding areas of the neighborhood in which they manage.
