We had used them for the initial work on our Bug - it had multiple problems when we got it. Micha at Performance Tune was awesome at arranging dates & times for the work to be done, and ALWAYS called with estimates if anything changed. Then, we took our KIA Sedona in for some work also. Again, they were great. All work done satisfactorily, and timely. I just can't say

enough good things about them.

I was able to get an appointment quickly and service performed the day I called. The owners were very nice and offered me a ride back to work while I waited on my service. I received a quote in advance of the work and the actual charges were even less than the quote - I was very impressed with the service, price, and kindness of all of the people at Performance Tune! I definitely will be returning here for future service and highly recommend this business.

When I stopped by to make the appointment, they offered to get me in the next day, which was impressive since they had to order the parts. I needed a ride to/from dropping off and picking up our vehicle for the repair, and they provided the ride for free. The repair was done in one day and we had our truck back for the weekend. The total cost was actually less than the quote they had provided, which was great. 

We have also had other maintenance services and repairs done at Performance Tune which were much less costly than the timing belt job. We feel all their prices are reasonable, the quality is top-notch, and Rob, Anne, and Jordan are all concerned about providing great customer service. They provide in-depth information on quotes and answer any questions with easy-to-understand information to ensure we are making the best choice possible. They use top quality parts instead of settling for cheaper, and we feel very satisfied that our vehicles are kept in top running condition after taking them to Performance Tune.

We are super impressed! They were professional and fast. We made an appointment and too our car in around 9 in the morning, and they had it ready that afternoon. The actual price was less than the quoted price. 

The owner was cordial and professional, even offering a ride while (if) the car needed to be worked on.

A friend recommended Performance Tune to me when I moved to Fort Collins last summer. Unfortunately, I've needed them a few times now, and every time it has been a good experience, other than needing to fork out lots of money. They are always professional, when they fix it, it stays fixed, Jordan has been very helpful in helping me understand how stuff works. One of the biggest helpful things they do is give you a ride home if needed, or pick up at home and a ride back to the shop when the work is done. I would definitely recommend Performance to a friend.
