I would use them again. I am always treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I feel like I can trust them. The waiting room is fine and comfortable. I think they have WiFi, vending machines, coffee, and TV. They have clean restrooms.

Courtesy shuttle worked well both directions. People were friendly overall. Very inefficient check out process--30 minutes after I was told to go watch out the window and they'd be bringing my car around----no car. When I went to check on it, I was the 5th person in line at the cashier. Big waste of time. I do trust Pedersen to do quality work and on this particular date, the long wait did not mess up other obligations.

They have been fair, conscientious, and prompt. The service personnel, Loren, is fabulous. He is easy to work with and does a good job. During busy travel seasons, be prepared to wait for a service appointment. However, they are very popular in the area.

The service advisor was very helpful and informed the technician of our upcoming road trip and had him do a thorough inspection. As a result, all of the above mentioned items were performed and I got phone calls through the day to ask questions and advise me of the progress. I received a senior discount of 10% and a solid feeling when I picked up the car that all my service needs were covered. We had a great road trip with no issues and I truly appreciate the excellent customer service I received. We have had this same experience at Pedersen for more than 12 years. Not the least expensive, but you truly do get what you pay for.
