PALUMBO DRY CLEANERS

I've been going to Palumbos for six years. Up until about the few times, which have taken place over about 6 months, I thought they were one of the best and most consistent dry cleaners I've ever used. But they have recently fallen very short in terms of quality. I have received sweaters stretched all out of proportion, blouses with rolled cuffs smashed rather than folded or rolled before pressing and the last time they steamed a fold into a no-collar blazer (which caused it o strath and stick out awkwardly no matter what I do with it) and steamed fold up cuffs into another suit coat that was not meant to rolled or folded (no idea what possessed them to add this little flair to an expensive jacket). This same visit I came home with a wool felt shawl that was so scuffed up and worn from the cleaning process it looked like it had been dragged on the ground. It took me literally six hours with a hand held fuzz buster, 2 sets of batteries, and lot of steaming with my iron to bring this item back into a nice enough shape to wear. I'm never going back and am in the market for a new cleaners. Very disappointing to spend days fixing your clothing after the dry cleaners mess it up!
