Jill personally called me on a Sunday and was very accomodating about fitting us in on short notice to get the house cleaned before move-in. She sent over 2 awesome ladies who did exactly what I requested, which included vacuuming out the kitchen and bathroom cabinets and scraping off the prior contact paper that was in them... very time consuming work and they did a spectacular job! Love them and will definitely use them again! Best cleaning crew we've ever used! Thank you so much for the attention to detail and caring people!!!

They were really good. I'd give them an "A" overall. I'd give them "A's" across the board. I would definitely use them again in the future. I just felt that they did a little extra, more than normal housekeeping. Very good attention to detail.

They sent out two girls who worked three hours. Then I liked them, and right now I got a deal with them for first Friday on the month I got one gal from there to clean. The regular price is $30 an hour. I thought it was pretty cheap. Its an minimal of two hours. I have to pay them $60, and she did do two hours of work. She is pretty good. They are very good, or I wouldn't hire them on an weekly basis. My wife died a couple years ago, and I needed the house cleaned bad. Single guys get pretty messy. I had clothes laying around and stuff. They were excellent. I got them coming the first Friday of the month, and they remind me ahead of time. They send me an email, which I like.

They did a fantastic job! They worked straight through without taking a lunch break. When we walked in after they were done it didn't feel icky anymore, we felt like we were home. Good job!

One Source did an excellent job of cleaning our rental house. They paid attention to details and seemed to understand that college students might not get the concept of picking up so someone can clean up. They got our place very clean, were on time, on budget and in communication. We will definitely use them again.

2 very nice gals arrived on time and we went over my expectations and I left them to it. I arrived back after two hours and black glasstop stove and front of oven were smeared with white film - she said she used 3 different products and that's how it turned out. I wiped it down with wet rag and it was fine. Bathroom dark tile still showed soap scrum which I cleaned. I also went over the laminate floors after they left as they had some sort of film on them even though I had asked that they be mopped with just water. I was disappointed to have to clean things myself, but did not contact company as we were done with the house at that point and no time for them to re-do anything.

My normal cleaning people can do our entire house and just under two hours. These two guys first looked at the list and said oh boy that's a lot of work. After two hours, they had only cleaned three bathrooms and swept one room. They said that I could add additional time for more money. No thank you, I will stick with my usual person

During this time he had given his 2 weeks notice as he was moving and it became apparent in his last week that he had already quit in his mind. This clean was months ago but what I do remember is that we had been pushing it back due to construction. I take full responsibility for your unhappiness and I do hope you accept my apology and would let us come back to offer 3 hours of Cleaning at no charge. I had two girls come for 2 hours. They did a fabulous job.. On time, worked diligently and completed my whole house in the time frame and my house is almost 4,000 square feet. Other cleaners would only finish about 3/4 of it and I would finish up the rest. I will have them come every other week from now on.
