We have and older house that was built in the 1970's. Curt came in and helped us design an new kitchen, dinning area, living room, and family room. He had so many helpful ideas and suggestions. Curt coordinated everything and everyone for us including the cabinet maker, plumbers, dry wallers, electricians, painters, building permits, and inspections. My husband and I had an idea of what we wanted our home to look like after the work was done, but had no idea how to get there. It was extremely comforting to have a contractor that we could trust and made our dream remodel actually happen. Everything ran very smoothly. The job was always on schedule. Curt was always kind and polite to me. The contractors work was done to Curt's standards. The price of Curt's work was very reasonable. The quality was top notch. He was on top of everything. He turned a track home into a one of a kind custom remodel. My husband and I would not change one thing about our remodel with Curt Nelson. We highly recommend him! We definitely would hire him again! We are planning on building an enclosed porch/ sun room in the future. and plan to hire Curt Nelson for that job as well.

Curt comes to our house, we discuss the work we want performed, exchange ideas, and he provides a detailed estimate in just a couple days. We schedule the work based on our mutual availability, as well as materials, and the work always begins on time. While I don't hover, Curt is always open to discuss the process as it moves forward. Curt usually arrives around 9:00 am after taking care of other aspects of his business, and works till 6:00 pm with lunch in his truck. He advises us of what to expect the next day or week, and also does not hesitate to get us involved if any deviations from the estimate are anticipated. He maintains a clean work area, organizes his tools at the end of every day and takes all necessary precautions to protect the remainder of our house from dust and debris. It is a pleasure to work with Curt and it is unfortunate that we don't have any further work for him, however we do not hesitate to recommend him to our friends at every opportunity. A true craftsman and I would not hesitate send more work his way.

Curt is a craftsman in every sense of the word, the remodel turned out beautifully! Everything he does is with precision and care, he treated our home as a home and not a construction site. If I had the opportunity I would love to have Curt build us a home from the ground up! I would recommend him to anyone, you will not be disappointed.
