MOUNTAIN MIST BATH & SPA

Ordered a hot tub, was advised it would be delivered 4-6 weeks. It's been 11 weeks and I have been given the runaround since. I've asked to cancel my order for a full refund and the owner Kara Brown, won't even acknowledge this option. The sales manager Austin, has lied on multiple occasions. I wish I could wash my hands of this company but as it stands they have stolen over $10k from me

I started with the company that I know best in Ft. Collins to find out what it would cost to get our old hot tub removed. Mark answered the phone and asked several questions and then gave the quote. I told him that I would have to get back to him after talking with my husband. We agreed to go with Mountain Mist. Mark scheduled a time and worked with my schedule. Told me that they would contact me with an ETA the day of removal. Drew (one of the 3 that removed the hot tub) called and said they were 30 minutes out. When they showed up at the house, Drew introduced himself and asked to see where the tub was and the best way to remove it. The tub was sitting on a deck approx. 4ft up and a little boxed in. They asked if it would be ok to slide it down the 2 steps and informed me that they would keep the damage to a minimum and that most likely it would only be a little black residue from the bottom of the tub. I said go for it since we are replacing the deck. They began to get their stuff together and realized that it would be easier to just take it off a different way. They made sure to let me know and get my approval to cut our lattice a bit. I said yes and once it was cut, the tub was easily removed and they were careful of our new sod and our fence. They removed all the trash and even took the beams that they cut. I would recommend them and use them again when we are ready for our new hot tub.

Found the hot tub heater had failed. Searched and found a replacement heater. Did all the work in some of this seasons coldest temperature. Set a heater inside spa cabinet to keep water lines from freezing. Alan, the tech was great!

They're okay. It's free to have the water tested but their products are fairly expensive 'cause the brand is actually expensive as well. They are right across the street from me. I'm a new pool owner so I'm sort of learning the process and it's convenient to have them right there but they do specialize in spa and not pools. The people who are working there are mostly okay. There's one person that's just a little crotchety but he still gets it done. It's convenient, I'd go back for that reason.

Salesman Mark Williams compared hot tub models and answered questions with experience and knowledge. He gave good referrals for concrete pad and electrical contractors. Delivery was fair as the installers didn't leave me keys for hot tub cover locks, but I called and Mark sent over repairman immediately and he gave me keys and replaced locks on the spot. Mark checked up with a phone call a month later. I feel I purchased a tub that fits us properly, provides the relief and enjoyment we desired, and was of fair price. Have already referred a friend to this company and specifically to this salesman.
