Merry Maids of Fort Collins

The Merry Maids in the Fort Collins area is highly discriminate against African American families they serve, when the houses of our other customers were just as messy. There was also this standard of having to flirt with certain customers or management, which just felt like *** trafficking to me.

Merry Maids were a little late, but they called to inform me, so it wasn't a big deal. Overall they did a really good job, I just don't feel like the total value was what I had to end up paying.  You don't know the final price until they finish, which can be a scary thought.  We received an estimate that the total would be between $250 and $280, which was certainly true at the end.  However, our home was in very good condition and pretty clean to start.  The process took right at 2 hours, so I wasn't thrilled about paying $257.  
All said and done, Merry Maids did a fine job, I probably wouldn't use them again based on the value though.

I use them for bi-weekly cleaning and they do a wonderful job. They may not be the cheapest but they consistently do a good job. The one rare time when my wife was not happy, they came back the next day and re-cleaned everything.  I would highly recommend them based on my experiences with them.
