Mattress Firm Harmony Market Place

We bought a mattress from these people, and they talked us into a very high end mattress. When we got it, it was hard as a rock. When we called them, they said to bounce and walk on it, it would get better. We've had it for a month, and we already see some "dips" in the mattress where we both lay, and neither of us are exceptionally heavy. But the worst part was that we were told we'd get two free pillows, and they showed us these great pillows with special "memory foam" construction that were very comfortable. They told us to order them from the Simmons company and they would send them to us. What we got were some "Beauty Rest" pillows which were NOT what we wanted.We have called Mattress King to see if they would trade the ones that we got for the ones that they promised us. Mattress King says they can't or won't fix this. We feel that this was a bait-and-switch thing. We're very disappointed with this company.
