 + -1 moreFree service -- and we'd bought the iMac at the Apple store in BOULDER, not knowing we could buy one in Fort Collins. They treated us as if we were good customers and we'd never spent a dime with them. We will certainly give them our business in the future. They sell new and used Apple products and offer repair service as well, all with a smile.
Description of Work: Our brand new iMac wouldn't eject a disc so we called Mac Shack in Fort Collins and they said to bring it right in. We did, and in a few seconds they had removed the disc. A few minutes later they had tweaked some settings and explained several things about the iMac we didn't know. All without charge. When I asked if they would receive reimbursement from Apple, they said no, not for that sort of help.
