May 24 I hired Matt to replace my front door and do a handful of small repair jobs at my house. He estimated 2-1/2 weeks. I gave him more than 1/2 cost of job up front, $1500 DOLLARS!!! Matt stood me up 3 times, I was unable to contact him, and he almost never returned messages. THREE MONTHS... LATER he lied to me saying my door required a custom door and insisted he can't order one unless I pay more money than the original estimate, and asked me which more expensive door I wanted. It's a standard 2 foot 6 inch door. I have requested a refund over and over for the past month and he refuses to forward my $1500 claiming he's waiting on a refund on a door he never ordered. They didn’t call Better Business Bureau back either!!! DO NOT USE!!!

DO NOT USE!!!!! I hired Matt Smith to replace my front door. He promised 2-1/2 weeks and took a $1500 deposit. Does not show up, does not call, does not do the work! Stood me up 3 times. Claimed my standard 2' 6" door was custom and after almost 3 months wanted more money to order a custom door, now claims he can't refund my deposit because he ordered a door! Liar!!! He takes your money and never does the work!!! DO NOT USE!!!!
