The entire process from sales to delivery and installation was outstanding. The delivery team had to remove the front door to get the refrigerator in, and they had it off before I even realized they were working. They hooked up a new ice maker line, installed the handles, leveled, and put in all the shelves. The chatted happily the entire time. The people at Lowes made this an outstanding purchase experience.

We had never purchased anything at Lowes and this first experience was amazing .We did our brand and pricing homework and then looked for store to purchase from. Lowes salesman was friendly and knowledgeable. But what sold me on Lowes for everything I need in the future was the delivery. I would give them an A+++ if I could.
The pair of delivery/installation people arrived on time, made sure that they didn't track in snow and mud, properly placed and installed the appliances, gave me a thorough explanation of all the appliance functions, and even ran the washer and dryer to ensure proper performance. They spent several hours at my house, and made sure I was completely satisfied before they packed up, cleaned up, and left. The very fair delivery charge was worth every penny and then some.
We actually made a substantially larger purchase including a refrigerator at Sears but returned the fridge prior to delivery after finding the deal we received at Lowes. Two days after the amazing wonderful Lowes experience, the Sears delivery arrived, 3 hours late, threw ten enormous heavy boxes in the garage, and went to leave. I saw one of these huge boxes was damaged with its side punched in about 8 inches. Sears delivery refused to take the product back with them and left. I called customer service the next day and were told the delivery policy was followed, that delivery is on a very tight schedule. They said that delivery was not allowed to inspect, open, allow me to open, or take back damaged merchandise and that I had to lug the 80 lb box back to the store in my truck and return to the store even though the delivery fee was about 50% more that Lowes. So I returned most of the order since I had been treated so badly.
In the future whatever large purchases will arise, if I can buy it at Lowes, I will. This company and this store and their employees really do care if you are satisfied. Thank you Lowes for setting your quality so high. The customer truly is serviced at LOWES!!!

Advised us and sold us Milgard windows to replace 7 original windows in our home. Their price was among the lowest for the same or equivalent windows. Their contracting support department arranged for installation and handled everything and informed us at every step of the way. They hired an excellent contractor and followed up with us to insure that all was well. They surpassed our every expectations. The refrigerator that we bought was of good quality and, although it was a reduced price floor model, it has served us well. We continue to use them for nearly all needs in products that they sell. We later (in 2011) had two more windows and patio door replaced by them with similar results.

They have good sales. The quality of their stuff is pretty good. Their prices are okay. They are on time. They are good, but generally you are on your own. They have people that are not knowledgeable. You have to do your own thing. I got a stove from them, and they never asked me if it was propane or natural gas. They sent me the natural gas one, so I had to send it back. The guy that came over for the installation was excellent. He was having a hard time with that. The people that they hire are fine. It is just that the people in the store itself are not.

The sales personnel were knowledgeable and helpful in selecting and ordering the windows. The service department arranged for installation by a good contractor and kept themselves and us informed every step of the way. The installers were competent and efficient. There was only one very minor problem after installation and it was fixed within hours. I will add a separate report on the contractor, Dan Anderson Co.

They were very courteous and knowledgeable. The service was superb. I knew what brand I wanted and the sales man was quite knowledgeable. They have a separate service department over just subcontracting. The sales man took me right over to the subcontracting department. They were very on top of the whole process. The made arrangements for when the windows would be delivered and called to let us know when they came in. They called to tell us who the contractor was and that he would be in contact with us. He called the following day and set up the installation schedule. They were right on time. The subcontractors did a very good job with the windows. The price through Lowe's was lower than any of the other companies that I received estimates from. The crew was very helpful and they cleaned up well.
